This past Thursday March 13 the Yellowhead Chiefs along with their parents gathered in Hamiota to celebrate the season and hand out annual team awards.
Destin Knight was awarded the Don Chitulski Memorial Spirt of Chief Award.
Winston Lepp was awarded the Hardest Working Player Award
Isaac McArthur was award the Best Teammate Award.
Scholastic Player of the Year was awarded to Duncan McLean.
Bryce Gambler is the Most Gentlemanly Player.
Redden Richmond was awarded the Most Improved Player.
Top Defenseman Chase Cochrane.
Top Rookie and Top Score awarded to Grady McNish.
Most Valuable Player Riley Swereda.
In addition to the awards the night recognized the graduating players.
And parent community member volunteers were recognized.
